Returns Policy

I hope you love your new make-up. However, if there is a problem with your purchase from Amorio Cosmetics please contact me first, then upon agreement please return it to me within 14 working days and I will replace it or provide a refund if necessary.

If you feel the products you received from Amorio Cosmetics do not meet your expectation (i.e; faulty or wrong item has been sent), you may return within 14 working days from delivery, however it must be in its original condition.
A refund/exchange will only be available if the goods you received are faulty/damaged or if a wrong item is accidently sent to you, (inclusive of delivery charges) and will be refunded/ exchanged back to you within 14 working days of receiving back the goods.

However, each individual item is reviewed just before postage, so receiving damaged goods will be highly unlikely.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used. ??Please note that I cannot accept returned goods that I believe have been used in anyway.

In such circumstances, I will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging the goods to be returned to you within 14 working days of notification.
I strongly recommend that the returned goods are sent back by a recorded delivery service – and therefore are available to track, also ensure you retain proof of postage for use in the unlikely event that I do not receive your returned parcel, as I cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. Please note that a refund of delivery charge will only be given if the item sent was faulty or the wrong item and has not been tampered with or used.
Please return your items in a securely sealed parcel, including a receipt for the return postage amount. (If receipt is not present, I cannot refund the delivery charges back).
Please be sure the goods you are ordering are correct, as I cannot accept liability if a mistake is made during transaction. No refund or exchange will therefore be available.
